Harford County Public Schools will implement a
four-day work week summer schedule for an eight-week period to conserve funds
and extend daily operating hours for the convenience of the community. This
cost-saving measure requires that all schools and buildings be closed on
Fridays, and that 12-month employee schedules be adjusted to reflect 10-hour
