The Board of
Trustees of Harford Community College approved the award of a contract to
Kinsley Construction Company of York, Pennsylvania, for the construction of the
new Nursing and Allied Health Building at a cost of $13,986,000.00. Provided that a contract or letter of intent
is awarded by June 1, 2013, construction of the building is slated to begin in
mid-June 2013, and the building is scheduled for completion by September
