Little Leapers to Launch at Harford County Public Library

(Belcamp, MD) Harford County Public Library is excited to announce the launch of its newest early literacy initiative, Little Leapers, pre- and early-literacy kits that focus on fostering and developing pre- and early literacy skills through STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) topics.
