While many
students spent President's Day weekend enjoying an extra day to sleep in, one
Harford County student traveled across the country to broaden his horizons.
Daniel Gorski, a junior in the International Baccalaureate Diploma program at
Edgewood High School, was up by 4:00 a.m. each day, east coast time. As a
participant in the YMCA Youth and Government (YAG) program, Daniel, along with
Kathleen Godwin from Notre Dame Preparatory, were invited to participate in an
