Department of Parks & Recreation Drafts 2013 Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan

(Bel Air, MD) - - The Harford County Department of Parks and Recreation has announced the release of the draft 2013 Land Preservation, Parks, and Recreation Plan. The Plan is an element of the overall County Master Plan which refines and implements the goals of the Master Plan and Land Use Element Plan.
