Northeastern Maryland Technology Council (NMTC) has awarded Harford Community
College student Victoria Vasquez the C. Warren Mullins NMTC Science, Technology,
Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Scholarship. Vasquez, a Computer Information
Systems major, is in her freshman year at Harford and will receive $1000 for the
