The
Harford County Cultural Arts Board is pleased to announce an exhibit by artist
Tom Norris through January, 2013 in the Council Gallery located at 212 S. Bond
Street, Bel Air, MD 21014. The current
show called Abstracts by 10 features
32 different works done in colored pencil. Gallery hours are Monday through
Friday 9-4:00 PM.
Harford
County artist Tom Norris began his development as an artist creating doodles
that were enjoyed by friends who encouraged him to develop his art form. He then
began working with hard wood and sculpting it into abstract figures- that later
developed into his works with colored pencils. Tom, a retired employed of
Harford County Government, says that the ideas for his art work just flow freely
from him now that he is in retirement and it is something he really enjoys
and he hopes his creative flow will
