Harford County Announces Debris Management Plan Following Hurricane Sandy

Effective Wednesday, October 31 the Harford Waste Disposal Center Mulch and Compost Facility located at 3135 Scarboro Road in Street will be open to all residential and commercial customers Wednesday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Additionally, beginning Wednesday the Tollgate Yard Trim Drop-off Center located at 703 North Tollgate Road, in Bel Air will be open Wednesday through Sunday, November 4 from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for residential customers only.
