Distinguished 30-year HCPS educator, administrator and interim
superintendent joins Hall of Fame
Patricia L. Skebeck was born and raised in Indiana, Pa. She
graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Indiana University of
Pennsylvania. Following the completion of her project entitled The Effects of
Standardized Testing on Teaching in the Elementary Schools, she earned her
Master of Education in Elementary Education from Towson University. She went on
to complete post-graduate work at Towson University, Loyola College and Goucher
