Community Development Grant-in-Aid Program

(Bel Air, MD) - - Private, nonprofit organizations listed under IRS #501(c) (3), interested in providing human services to Harford County residents, are invited to apply for competitive grant funding. The Grant-in-Aid program is available to provide general program operation funding and for demonstration programs.
