In collaboration with Cecil County Public Schools, HCPS is pleased to invite Harford County parents of students with disabilities to a Resource Conference on Saturday, March 6th from 9:00 a.m. to noon at Bay View Elementary School, 910 North East Road, North East, MD 21901.
