The staff of Harford County Public Library (HCPL) is collecting handmade hats and scarves to donate to local Faith Communities and Civic Agencies United (FCCAU) shelters for the holidays. Last year HCPL collected over 500 items. The donations came from library staff, customers, knitting groups and local crafting groups. Read more...
