Bel Air Schedules Form Based Zoning Workshop

Bel Air, MD - Bel Air is evaluating the inclusion of form based zoning for the Town Center commercial districts. This type of zoning is based on a community’s historic and existing built environment and its vision for the future. To ensure that the proposed regulations have a sound basis and public support, the Town is inviting interested property owners, business representatives and residents to attend a workshop on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bel Air Reckord Armory, 37 N.
