As part of its celebration of national Constitution Day on September 17, the Harford Community College Library will sponsor “Frederick Douglass: A Living History,” presented by Bill Grimmette. The event will be held at 6 PM in the College’s Edgewood Hall, Room 132. The general public is invited, and there is no admission fee. Doors open at 5:30 PM, and seating is first come/first served.
