The Harford County Council of Parent Teacher Associations (HCCPTA) will host its annual Leadership Development and Back-to-School Meeting on Saturday, August 22, 2009 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Media Center at Patterson Mill Middle/High School.
