Bel Air Downtown Alliance Chocolate Affaire and Chocolate Festival
The Bel Air Downtown Alliance is pleased to present the 2nd annual Chocolate Affaire in Bel Air on Friday, March 6 and the 8th annual Chocolate Festival on Saturday, March 7.
The Chocolate Affaire, from 7 to 10 p.m. on Chocolate Festival Eve, will feature delicious specialties from various Harford County restaurants, decadent chocolate cocktails, scrumptious chocolate desserts, live music by the Epics and a silent auction.
