Havre de Grace Main Street, Inc., is pleased to announce its upcoming First Friday celebration, Meet Me in Margaritaville, on Friday, August 1, from 5 to 9 p.m. We invite everyone to show up in their most colorful tropical shirts and sundresses; flop around the streets in their wildest flip-flops or crocs; bring a pet parrot on their shoulder and sip something with an umbrella in it.
