Beat the heat with an ice cream treat at the Hays House Museum on Sunday, August 3, 2008. From 1-4 p.m. the museum will host the annual Ice Cream Social and 18th century hands-on history day. A make-your-own ice cream sundae is free with admission. The popular event features strolling musicians, fun activities for families, and the traditional Hays House lemonade stand.
