Veteran Howard County teacher and administrator to lead Harford’s instructional program.
A 31-year veteran of the Howard County Public Schools has been named to be the new Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction in the Harford County Public Schools. Roger L. Plunkett, 51, was appointed by the Board of Education of Harford County at its public business meeting June 23rd to succeed Gerald E. Scarborough, who is retiring on June 30th after 37 years with the Harford County Public Schools. Read more...
