Hays House Museum in Bel Air, Harford County will mark the Fourth of July with special events and free admission on Friday July 4 from 9 am to 12 noon.
Visitors will learn about rural Maryland life as it was during America’s early years. Costumed guides will give house tours, and children can play lawn games that were popular in colonial times. A patriotic costume contest at will be held at 9:30 am, and the Catherine Street Consort will play period music from 10 am to noon. Read more...
